Seven Seas University Webinars

Today we delivered our first SSCA webinar about our trip to the Caribbean. It's promoted and managed by Seven Seas University, an online educational center sanctioned by SSCA. What a wonderful tool! It's so much fun to be sitting here in Ireland and talking to people all over the United States and perhaps the world about our trip to the Lesser Antilles last winter.
We decided to set it up from the IiBC conference room at GMIT in Castlebar as they have a more reliable internet connection. At our home, when the wind blows too hard, it blows our array out of alignment with the tower and our wireless internet goes down or wobbles in and out. Such are the tribulations of living by the sea in the West of Ireland. It's like living on a boat that doesn't rock or heel.
We've already delivered a webinar on anchoring, called naturally Happy Hooking. The Art of Anchoring. It proved so popular that the Great Lakes Cruising Club has asked us to do it for them as well. And so we are scheduled for early February. It's a great way for us to be promoting our books. And we love it.
